Meditation and Mindfulness for Children

Love, Jasmine is working with Conscious Caterpillars to provide meditation and mindfulness classes to bereaved siblings between the ages of 4 and 16 years of age.


Grief can manifest itself in a number of ways including:


  • Sleepless Nights

  • Anxiety

  • Lack Of Concentration

  • Self Harm

  • Poor Self Esteem

  • Isolation

Mindfulness and meditation can help children develop their own personal coping strategies and this can hep them to:

  • Improve their concentration and ability to relax

  • Improve self esteem and resilience

  • Support physical, mental and emotional development

  • Build compassion, empathy and kindness
