Love, Jasmine has made the decision to cancell all Support Groups until further notice due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation.
Yoga and Meditation
The focus of our Yoga classes is relaxation and they are suitable for anybody. You don't need to have had any previous experience of yoga practice. They can help with your feelings of anxiety and they can help you develop your own coping mechanisms.
Currently all of our classes are suspended and we hope to resume these as soon as possible.
