Yoga and Meditation
Yin Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and is suitable for almost everyone. Yin is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga with the more passive postures being performed primarily on the floor either seated or lying down.
Yin Yoga is a calming practice with the postures held for a few minutes at a time, this helping clear the mind, focusing on just the breath and in turn helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels.
Our 1 hour classes are held in both Liverpool and Wirral; they are free of charge with yoga mats provided and are open to parents, grandparents and older siblings. You are welcome to join us at either class as it's not dependant on where you live in the wider Merseyside area.
Following the summer break our next Liverpool Yoga and Meditation class will take place on
